Shanker holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. He is also an Open Group Certified Distinguished Architect. At Google he was responsible for sales, operations and partnership development across one of the fastest-growing regions in the world.

Ricky has also served as vice president for Oracle’s Technology Business for ASEAN, as well as held leadership roles at Siebel and business analytics provider, SAS. His passion lies in helping large businesses recognize the potential of new technologies to drive innovation in their respective industries, and ultimately spearhead creative solutions for their customers.

The OurAir solution was then launched to help building owners and consumers improve indoor air quality.  In April 2017, Nicolas created the Future Economy Studio – a digital ventures building company in Singapore.

Positive Energy Ltd. was incubated in 2017 inside the Future Economy Studio. Since then Nicolas, as CEO and CO-founder, leads the development of this Fintech start-up. For solar and wind developers who want to finance their projects and for investors who look for investment opportunities in the renewable energy space and because both parties suffer from lengthy, costly, and expensive due diligence, Positive Energy Ltd provides a blockchain based digital platform to maximize deals discovery, to ease match-making and to accelerate the deal flow through standardization. Manik Narayan Saha is the CIO for SAP Asia Pacific and Japan. Based in Singapore, Saha leads a global multinational and multicultural IT organization. As part of  the senior leadership team in APJ, he is responsible for SAP’s internal IT services to 30,000+ staff in the region.

Committed to successful business transformation, his experience includes IT strategy, IT operations, emerging technology, vendor management and building successful business-IT partnerships. In November 2017, he led the team to  successfully implement SAP’s first finance machine learning scenario globally using SAP Leonardo Cash Application.

In his MD of Southeast Asia role, he is responsible for growing Twitter’s business across Southeast Asia including strategic leadership and business planning, executive engagement with customers and partners, and cross-functional alignment to build up our presence. In his Asia Pacific Business Development role, he oversees strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific to enhance brands’ customer experience on Twitter and increase accessibility of Twitter in emerging markets.

Prior to joining Twitter in 2013, Arvinder was Head of Digital and Innovation at Aircel, a telecom operator in India. His previous experiences spanning over 17 years, saw him working at a mobile app start-up in California, sales and marketing in tech consulting and advertising.
