Jacob Bangsgaard is the CEO of ERTICO– ITS Europe, a multi-sector platform with 120 partners from more than 25countries and with headquarter in Brussels, Belgium. Mr Bangsgaard was from 2010-2016 DirectorGeneral of FIA Region I and responsible for the mobility activities of the FIA in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Before becoming Director General he worked as Director of International Relations at the FIA Foundation where he was responsible for the deployment support and global campaigning for vehicle safety technologies. Before joining the FIA he worked forERTICO from 2001-2006 as Director of International Affairs and communications where he was responsible for the international deployment support for ITS on markets like China, India, Russia, and Brazil. He has also represented mobility interests for a Danish regional authority and he worked for two years in the EuropeanCommission Transport Directorate. Jacob Bangsgaard is also President of the MaaS Alliance and Board member of INATBA aisbl. He was on the Board of EuroNCAP from 2010-2016 and Secretary General of the Belgian association eSafetyA ware from 2009-2016. Mr Bangsgaard is a Danish national with a university background in international economics and with 27years’ experience working in Brussels on transport and mobility issues.
Dr. Juergen Rahmel received his PhD (Artificial Intelligence) in Germany for research which covered Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Dr. Rahmel has gained extensive experience in the international financial sector, in roles as Director, Head of IT and Programme Manager of global initiatives for multinational banks. He served as the Head of Artificial Intelligence in the Applied Innovation Team of HSBC as well as Head of Innovation Quality management for all areas of FinTech technologies. He holds an MBA in International Management and currently is Chief Digital Officer of HSBC Germany. He also lectures on Financial Technology at the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
Stefan is CEO of BT in Germany and Austria. He joined BT in April 2006 as General Manager for Sales and Marketing and has held various top management positions within BT until his appointment asCEO. Furthermore, he was CEO of BT Stemmer GmbH, an independent IT subsidiary of BT, from June2013 to November 2018.Before joining BT, Stefan has held various C-level and management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry and looks back to a successful career of more than 25 years. He is a highly recognized and appreciated C-level manager with a very pronounced business management expertise and a very extensive professional and industry experience. He holds a degree as Master of Business Administration of the Business Academy Hamburg.
Wing-Dar Ker is CEO of DYXnet Group, GreaterChina’s leading carrier-neutral network service provider. He is also CEO of Shanghai Blue CloudTechnologies Co Ltd. Both companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of 21Vianet Group (NASDAQ: VNET). After joining 21Vianet Group in 2013, Wing drew on his considerable experience with Microsoft, his former employer to provide in mainland China customers with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and PowerBI services and introduce the Cloud Landing in China. Before that, Ker spent 20 years at Microsoft, where he played various high-profile roles supporting the Asia Pacific, Greater China,America and EMEA regions.
