books on Smart Factory, Augmented & Immersive Analytics, Intelligent RPA.
Mr. Milan Kumar is working as a Global CIO of WABCO (NYSE : WBC) a leading
global supplier of technologies and services that improve the safety, efficiency and
connectivity of commercial vehicles headquartered at Bern, Switzerland. He also plays
the role of Chief Digital Officer of the company and part of Leadership Board.
Before joining NTL, Milan held a number of senior IT leadership positions in Europe and
India within the VOLKSWAGEN Group, including serving as Director and Board
Member of VOLKSWAGEN IT Services IPL where he was responsible for setting up
Volkswagen’s global IT delivery center in India to support the group’s brands including
Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Scania, MAN etc. for their manufacturing plants and
Dealership network across regions.
Mr. Kumar has also held roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), T-Systems and
supported FORTUNE 500 companies like BMW Group, General Motors, British
Airways, VISA, NASPERS gr, Old Mutual gr, Atlas Copco, Morgan Stanley etc .
Mr Kumar holds a Masters degree in Computer Management from Pune University and
completed the Harvard Business School's Driving Growth Through Innovation

Joseph Reger is Fujitsu’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Europe. Since 2002, Dr. Reger has been the CTO for various areas of the company. In August 2015, he was awarded the title of Fujitsu Fellow.
As CTO, he advises both the company and its customers in the implementation of new technologies. In this role he is the driving force for Fujitsu’s portfolio and technology strategy. Currently he is focusing on the topics of Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0and Blockchain.

He obtained his PhD at the University of Cologne, and received the highest German academic degree (habilitation) at the University of Mainz.
Mr. Boris Awdejew is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of the Lekkerland Group. In this capacity he is responsible for the information security in all Lekkerland’s subsidiaries in five European countries. In the first place Mr. Awdejew is responsible for developing and improving the Lekkerland’s cyber security strategy based on its corporate values. In addition to the classic information security issues such as ISO 27001, Incident Response, Security Awareness, Network Security, SAP Security and Cloud Security his area of responsibility also implies maintaining security of personal data processing in accordance with the GDPR as well as notifying the supervisory authority of a personal data breaches. Business Continuity Management is Mr.Awdejew’s next priority.
Dr. Gabriele Compostella received his Ph.D. in Particle Physics from the University of Trento, Italy. He worked for over 10 years as an academic researcher, at the University of Padova and at the Max-Planck-Institute for Physics in Munich, contributing to physics experiments at Fermilab and at CERN, and was a member of the ATLAS collaboration during the exciting times of the discovery of the Higgs boson in 2012. In 2015 he joined the Volkswagen Data:Lab in Munich, where he is now CTO. His research interests are focused on big data analytics, machine learning, applied AI and the technological aspects behind their industrial implementations.

Since 2009, Dr. Thomas Mannmeusel is responsible as Group CIO for the information systems of Webasto SE. In addition, he is leading a global organization to optimize and standardize the business processes of the company.
After his Ph.D. at the University of Bamberg, where he researched self-organizing production systems, Dr. Mannmeusel held various management positions in production control, supply chain management and IT at the semiconductor company, Infineon Technologies AG. Between 2005 and 2009 Thomas was working for ADVA AG Optical Networking as CIO and Head of HR.
Patrick Sturm (48) has been the new CIO at the Pay-TV broadcaster Sky in Unterföhring,
near Munich since July 2018. He started January 2017 working for Sky as Senior Vice
President of the department Product Development & Innovation. Since July 2018 he changed
