Since her first marketing jobs, she has been UX-obsessed. After 10 years working for major consultancy firms such as Ernst & Young and Capgemini Consulting, Astrid decided to fully live her passion for digital marketing by launching an ecommerce startup which she later sold. She then took the lead of the marketing department of a retailer specializing in high-tech goods.

Last, she joined MGEN to create its Digital department. She is in charge of digital projects (ecommerce, selfcare, prevention, health, people …), oversees digital marketing activities, and has initiated MGEN's UX-driven digital transformation.

Gilles de Richemond

After studying at the IPSA engineering school, Gilles de Richemond began his career in 1998 as a journalist in the Tests Group before creating Archimétrie, a documentary website and publishing company. In 2004 he joined TPS then Canal Plus asManager of distributed IT and went on to become ISD of Transavia France in2007.  

In 2012 he became Managing Director of Voyages-SNCF Technologies where he was in charge of technical operations for voyages-sncf.com as well as the SNCF DigitalFactory.  He undertook the digital and managerial transformation of the Voyages-SNCF Technologies group by implementing agile methods, DevOps, which were innovative, collaborative and client-focused and resulted in a significant increase in turnover. He is a founding member of the Agile Consortium France club.  

He joined the AccorHotels Group at the end of 2017 as Chief Information Officer and will be in charge of piloting the cultural and technological transformation of the IT department in the context of #IMPACT.

Bruno Aidan

Telecom Engineer, he has a PhD in Computer Science from Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris. Since 1994, he has accumulated a strong professional experience in the innovation of digital products and services. He notably pioneered the mobile Internet wave. In 2007, he joined the Bell Lab, setting up and leading international research teams in computer science, network science, design, prototyping, user interfaces, usability and innovation processes. In
2013, he was director of the research & development at AXA at the Data Innovation Lab, a cutting-edge organization in data science and big data. Having joined Air Liquide in 2017 as
Group Data Officer and Head of La Factory, he is now Chief Data Officer (CDO) of the group.

Henri Pidault

Philippe Kolh

Philippe Kolh, MD, PhD, trained cardio-vascular surgeon, is Chief Information Officer (CIO)
and Chairman of the Department of Medico-Economic Information at the University Hospital
of Liège, Belgium, a 1100-bed academic facility. He is also Professor of Human Physiology
and Biochemistry at the University of Liège. Pr Kolh is a scientist, physician, and
administrator, with substantial and diverse experience in information technology and
accomplishments in biotechnology and bioengineering, and non-profit organizations. The
author of more than 250 publications in peer reviewed Journals, Pr. Kolh has given more than
270 international lectures.

He served as Editor-in-Chief (2016-2019) of the European Journal of Vascular andEndoVascular Surgery, Associate Editor (2013-2019) of the European Journal of Cardio-
Thoracic Surgery, and is Editorial Board member of the European Heart Journal since 2009.He has been President of the Belgian Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (2011-2013) and of the Royal Belgian Society of Surgery (2013-2014).

Member (2015-2019) of the Board of Directors of HIMSS (Healthcare Information and
Management System Society), Pr Kolh, with his team, organized two highly successful
HIMSS Congress in Liège - Belgium.

Jan-Willem Goedvree

Laurence Lafont

Laurence Lafont, 46 years old, started her career at France Telecom (France Telecom was the national telecommunication company from 1968 to 2013) where she contributed to the development of remote activities regarding education and the public sector. She then took the lead in major services projects at Orange France. After an Internet startup experience, she joined Oracle in 2001 for 9 years. She took on business development, marketing, sales and strategy functions, in France and then abroad. In 2010, she was appointed Vice President of Sales at Nokia, before entering Microsoft as Director of the Public Sector Division in 2012. As such, Laurence Lafont allowed Microsoft to build up even stronger relationships with the ecosystem of partners, communities, institutions and more broadly public sector actors. She participated in moving forward the sector’s transformation towards the Cloud and earned the trust of important clients.

As COO since 2016, Laurence Lafont supports the global strategy of Microsoft France, particularly the digital transformation of organizations, powered by the Cloud.  In addition to her current COO role she is in charge of creating an overarching approach on AI for EMEA to foster innovation through ecosystems approach. Laurence is also the executive sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion initiative at Microsoft France and President of SilverValley, an accelerator of innovation in the Silver Economy.

Laurence Lafont is also the President of Impact AI, a think and do tank for a responsible AI, launched at the initiative of Microsoft. Laurence Lafont is an engineer graduate from Centrale Supélec.

Christophe Bonnefoux

After 20 years of experience as an external consultant in Data & Business Analytics strategy with large financial organizations, Christophe joined BNP Paribas in 2018 to create the Data function within BNPP Asset Management.

He previously worked with Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Accenture Digital, advising executive committees on their data & business analytics strategy.

The job of Chief Data Officer within an Asset Management company in 2020: it is to invest in Data Management, through better quality of benchmarks, and empowerment of all employees, to significantly and sustainably to improve our competitiveness, our commercial efficiency, the quality of the service offer and reporting, and to reduce our administration costs of the Front-to-Back platform and our products.

Gerard Guinamand

Group Chief Data Officer at ENGIE

Gérard GUINAMAND holds a master's degree in mathematics. He joined the EDF GDF Group in 1993 within Human Resources Division in charge of innovation. In particular, he drove a major European project dedicated to e-learning and participated in the implementation of the first SAP projects in the Group.

In 2002, he joined EDF GDF's Information Systems Department, where he headed the
Innovation Consulting Division. It supported in particular the various IT projects related to the
opening of the energy markets in France. In 2005 he became CIO of EDF GDF Distribution where he managed the separation of information systems related to the residential markets of EDF and Gaz de France.

In 2008 he joined GDFSUEZ as CIO of the Energy France Branch and then DSI of the Energy
Europe Division, a position he will hold until the end of 2015.

In 2016, he was appointed as Group Deputy CIO in charge of applications at the Group and
responsible for setting up the Group's Digital project. This project will lead to the creation of
ENGIE Digital, of which he becomes Deputy Director, in particular in charge of the creation of
the Group's digital platform and the steering of the "Customer Experience" digital
transformation program dedicated to Group's Sales & Marketing activities.

In 2018 he became Group Chief Data Officer of ENGIE.

Rim Tehraoui

Group Chief Data Officer at BNP Paribas

Rim Tehraoui has been appointed Group Chief Data Officer at BNP Paribas as of July 1 st 2019. Before that, she has been heading the Risk Anticipation department within BNP Paribas, providing expertise in a forward looking mode on various risk dimensions (economic, country, sector, regulatory and individual clients) to enhance risk anticipation and/or support the Bank's development plans. She has also established the Artificial Intelligence practice within RISK and has been leading the development and the deployment of a comprehensive ESG risk management framework, a responsibility that she is still carrying out in her current capacity along the deployment of an ESG data supply chain. Prior to joining the Risk Function, Rim served at various front-office and strategy positions, developing specific expertise in structuring, investment and portfolio management, capital
optimization, funding and treasury management.

Rim is graduated from ENSAE Paris Tech and Sciences Po.

Anne Browaeys

Chief Marketing, Digital & Technology Officer at Club Med

Anne is one of the most esteemed digital professionals in France.

After graduating from NEOMA Business School in 1997, she rose through the ranks to CEO of Paris based Fullsix Group from 1998 to 2013. There she led an inspiring digital native culture and growth initiatives that ultimately led to the acquisition of Europe’s largest independent agency network by Havas. Fullsix was arguably known previously as Europe’s best kept secret - Until it was purchased by Havas last year for $75M.
 
After Fullsix, Anne joined Amaury Medias as Managing Director in charge of Le Parisien, France’s leading daily newspaper, to develop new revenue sources, accelerate digital transformation of talent and create a new offer, in particular native ads.
 
Late 2015, Anne joined Club Med in the newly created role of Chief Marketing, Digital & Technology Officer. She is on the board of directors, reporting to Henri Giscard d’Estaing (CEO of Club Med and Global Partner of Fosun). Club Med is placing digital at the heart of its strategy and adapting its organization to join in a single team global marketing (brand, product, advertising, digital & CRM) and IT teams (sales applications, support applications, infrastructures). Her mission is to lead the digital transformation of Club Med and to impulse innovation in client experience & villages under the umbrella strategy of “Happy Digital”.

In addition to her position at Club Med, Anne has been nominated co-CDO of Fosun Tourism Group in 2019.

She’s been selected in 2017 as one of the “Top 20 French Digital Champions”. Previously, she had been selected as ‘French Economic Top 100 Young Leader’ in 2014 and as ‘Women Economic Leader’ in 2015 by ‘Le Figaro’ and ‘Choiseul Institute’.

Dr. René Deist

CIO at Faurecia

Dr. René Deist, CIO at Faurecia René Deist is responsible as CIO for the IT Organization at Faurecia. In addition, he is driving the Digital Transformation for the Group. Combining the expertise of the IT organization with a business background, he is driving for an increased efficiency by means of Big Data and machine learning driven automation as well as enhancing the Digital Business by connecting ecosystems. Erol Özgüner

Teena Piccione

Gavin Laybourne

Charles Ruelle

Thomas Daubigny

Since 2016, Thomas Daubigny (@tdaubign) is group Chief Digital Officer at Bureau Veritas , the global leader in Test, Inspection and Certification services. He leads the entire digital transformation journey of the group from Digital Enabler to Digital Pure Play. Before joining Bureau Veritas, Thomas was the Chief Digital Officer & Deputy Head of Strategy, Sales & Marketing at Worldline, a leader in e-payment and digital solutions, part of the Atos Group. He was hired by Atos in 2006 and spent 10 years rotating through various responsibilities at Atos, progressively expanding his span of control. He has been notably global head of the Mobility and IOT offer of the Atos Group. He started his career working at Cap Gemini. Thomas’ educational background includes an Engineering degree from INSA in 2003 with a major in Software development and Entrepreneurship, as well as an executive MBA from HEC School of Management. in 2011.  

Chafika Chettaoui

In 2010, she joined L’Oréal group to build the research data strategy and organization. With her team, she sets up a methodology centered on Change management allowing the adoption of new analytical uses by researchers and evaluators and manages to demonstrate the value of these methodologies on productivity gains, capacity for innovation and securing of decision-making.

In 2017, she led the Teradata group’s Analytics team in France, the world leader in analytical solutions, and brings her technical, organizational and advisory skills to her clients to support them in their digital transformation.

In her 14 years career with Shell, Miao had worked in Beijing, the Netherlands and Singapore taking on Country IT head, regional IT lead and global IT leadership role . She had been managing IT operation in the largest Refinery and Chemical manufacturing in the world, her last role with Shell was Global Strategy and Planning lead for Application Services.

In 2012, Miao joined Golden Agri Resources, the largest palm oil plantation and commodity trading company in the world, as Global CIO.  In her two years with GAR, Miao had been successfully driving a few transformational initiatives, such as consolidating the data centers and the fragmented IT organization into one, a single SAP implementation and Big Data initiatives and building a talent development plan for the whole team.
